Teikametrics is led by an accomplished group of thought leaders focused on creating strong teams, incentivizing collaboration, and bringing unrivaled value to sellers and brand owners.
In 2001, Alasdair founded an e-commerce company in his dorm-room which grew into a multi-million dollar company selling high-end sporting goods. The company became one of Amazon’s first Third-Party Retailers in the sporting goods category in 2003.
He also founded the weight loss and fitness company Traineo and has built and provided e-commerce solutions to large organizations including Newscorp, The Times of London, L’Oreal, and The New York Marathon.
Alasdair earned a Bachelor of Arts in Economics at Harvard University where he was captain of the Track and Field Team and a member of the Great Britain and England national track teams.
Brian is active in the CFO and Board community, serving on the Board of the CFO Leadership Council Boston Chapter since 2009, and sits on the Board of Directors for Qudos Technologies. He graduated with a BA in Economics from the College of the Holy Cross and MBA from the Carroll School of Management at Boston College. Brian lives in Milton, MA with his wife Meghan, and two boys Brett and Brendan.
Michelle has more than 25 years of experience in a variety of technology companies, primarily early-stage, software companies. Most recently, she worked at NewStore as their Chief People Officer for just over 3 years where she led a team in Boston and Berlin, Germany. In addition to NewStore, she was previously the VP of Human Resources for Black Duck (acquired by Synopsys) and Director of Human Resources for Gomez (acquired by Compuware). Michelle currently resides in Framingham, MA and is the mother of two grown daughters and a senior Coonhound dog.
Ben has more than 15 years of experience in a number of technology companies, primarily early-stage, ecommerce and analytics businesses. Most recently, he led sales operations and revenue growth as CRO at Zoovu. Before that, as SVP, Global head of Sales at Profitero (acquired by Publicis), Ben helped professionalize and build the sales organization by implementing global processes for the SDR, Sales, and Solution Consulting functions. Ben Rey currently resides in Boston, MA.
Prior to joining Teikametrics, Henry was the Head of Sales & Partnerships for World First/ANT Financial. A native New Yorker, after graduating from Pace University with a BBA in Finance, he was a banker with HSBC and later moved to JPMorgan Chase. Henry relocated to China – Hong Kong in 2012 as Head of Sales for American Express.
Andy Coughlin’s experience includes 12+ years with Microsoft, helping to lead the first-ever launch of the Xbox game system. He’s currently responsible for global sales for Facebook Reality Labs (FRL) enterprise hardware and software. Past companies include Sonos, ConvergeVP, Companyon, Vivoom, Water for Good, Boys & Girls Club, and Social Venture Partnership.
Throughout his 14-year tenure at Amazon, Guddanti held leadership roles across every crucial function of the company’s ecommerce ecosystem, from retail finance, to Amazon Prime, to Fulfillment by Amazon (FBA). Starting in 2016, Guddanti served as Director of Worldwide Sponsored Ads Growth & Customer Success at Amazon, working directly with Paul Kotas, SVP of Worldwide Advertising, to accelerate global adoption of Amazon’s Sponsored Products ads. While in this role, Guddanti managed a global team of 700+ employees across 11 countries.
Professor Hausman received a D.Phil. (Ph.D.) degree from Oxford University where he was a Marshall Scholar. He has been a faculty member at MIT for 43 years. Professor Hausman received the John Bates Clark Award from the American Economics Association in 1985 for the most outstanding contributions to economics by an economist under 40 years of age. Professor Hausman has consulted for the world’s leading retail brands and retailers including Starbucks, Kellogg’s, Anheuser Busch, Tesco’s, and Home Depot.
